I need to stop neglecting poor DeviantArt here... seriously.
Any time now. XD
I mean, I actually forgot where to go to submit this journal entry. That's kind of sad.
Well it took way too long, but I'm finally getting pictures posted again, and with the weather starting to calm down a little, I'm getting out of the house and to the parks more often.
Hopefully I can add some snake pictures to my collection, soon. Riddle, my favorite not-so-little black racer has returned from... well, wherever he's been. He's taken up residence in the bushes by our front door (that's one way to keep the Jehovah's Witnesses at bay; nothing says "get off my lawn!" quite like a 2 ft black snake in the flower bed). Oddly enough, I think he's gotten used to having us around. He didn't seem too worried when I walked out the door yesterday and caught him in the act of scrounging through the flower bed for food. In fact I was pretty much ignored. XDD
And with my lovely also-not-so-little (*sigh* they grow up so fast...) Orabelle still hanging happily over the garage window; expect at least a few more orb weaver pictures.
She's very photogenic.
And I'm back to making jewelry, too. Now I just need to DRAW something. I think I've actually gotten rusty. D:
I've been temporarily booted out of Floral at work (because SOMEBODY hasn't hired a third person for Nutrition yet...), so I'm apparently going through some creative withdrawls. That could actually be a good thing. It's making me even more eager to jump back into my old hobbies again.
In other news, I've jumped on the "Eat Pray Love" bandwagon, recently. I finally got a chance to track the book down at my local World Market. So far, I recommend the book.
The movie, however, I've heard mixed opinions about. But I haven't seen it for myself.
